Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) unit.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Current BLS certification; additional MS-focused certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective patient and interdisciplinary team interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and interpret patient data to guide care plans.
