A rewarding opportunity for registered nurses with endoscopy experience is available in Attleboro, MA. This position offers a Monday through Friday daytime schedule, perfect for professionals seeking a structured workweek with consistent hours (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM). Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year of nursing experience, with preference for those familiar with Cerner or Epic electronic medical records systems.

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of clinical experience
• Experience or familiarity with endoscopy nursing, including procedures such as ERCP, bronchoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound, colonoscopy, and esophagogastroduodenoscopy
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with medication administration systems, preferably Omnicell
• Comfortable working with adult patients aged 20-85
• First-time travel nurses with 2-3 years of experience and EMR knowledge are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in an endoscopy unit with an average daily census of 40 patients across 3 rooms and 11 beds
• Administer medications safely using Omnicell systems
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Monitor patients before, during, and after special procedures ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care in a fast-paced environment
