Schedule/Hours:
- Day shift, 12-hour shifts
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum two years of recent Stroke/Neuro nursing experience (three years preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications, plus passing EKG testall required at submission
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability to float between like units
- Flexibility for every-other-weekend and holiday shifts
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to stroke and neuro patients on a med-surg/telemetry unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
- Accurately monitor, document, and respond to patient changes
- Adhere to established protocols while embracing evidence-based practices
- Float to similar units as needed to support patient care throughout the facility
