Bring your clinical expertise to a modern, 25-bed medical-surgical floor where compassionate patient care and professional growth go hand in hand. As a registered nurse specializing in medical-surgical nursing, youll be part of a close-knit team supported by experienced PCTs and dedicated unit secretaries. Youll work with advanced equipment such as Sara Steady lifts, wound care vacuums, remote telemetry, and utilize Meditech for documentationensuring you have the tools needed to deliver exceptional patient care.

Schedule & Hours:

• Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday shift required)
• Flexible weekday scheduling

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Active RN license, with a focus on strong assessment skills
• Proficient in using IV pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Experience in IV and foley catheter placement
• Certifications required: BLS and NIH; CPI preferred
• Comfortable floating between MS units as needed (PRN, mainly within MS)
• Professionalism and a commitment to safe, positive patient experiences

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population with manageable 56:1 ratios
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team of RNs, PCTs, and secretaries
• Adhere to unit policies and established best practices
• Participate in ongoing patient rounding, patient safety, and satisfaction initiatives
• Wear professional black or royal blue scrubs in alignment with unit standards
