Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients following standardized protocols and individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assess responses to treatments.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both 36-hour and 48-hour flexible scheduling options.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Schedule/Hours:

• 36 or 48 hours per week
• Start date is December 15th (non-negotiable)
