Working in this 41-bed rehabilitation facility situated in a dynamic environment exposes you to cutting-edge equipment and diverse care approaches, enhancing your clinical acumen and broadening your skill set with valuable experiences that set your resume apart. With a supportive team of over 60 nursing professionals, you'll refine your practice in a patient-focused environment that encourages education and advocacy.

Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure with at least one year of acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
- BLS certification required
- Preferred: CRRN certification, familiarity with Quality Indicator scoring in a post-acute setting, ACLS, telemetry experience (must pass Airstrip telemetry competency)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on rehabilitation care plans
- Perform lab draws, IV therapies, blood administration, and comprehensive assessments
- Use patient lifts and EMR (Meditech)
- Administer inhalers, breathing treatments, and wound vac dressings
- Engage in patient and family education to support recovery and understanding of care plans
