Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients following established protocols
- Utilize Cerner OneChart EHR to accurately document patient information and coordinate care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and infection control practices
- Participate in patient education and support for recovery plans
- Maintain professionalism by wearing designated ceil blue scrubs and adhering to dress code
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience preferred
- Proficiency with Cerner OneChart or similar electronic health record systems
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work every other weekend with no mandatory call shifts
Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend schedule
- No call requirements, allowing for predictable time off
