Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated care for a group of medical and surgical patients in accordance with best nursing practices.
- Implement and follow the full nursing process, ensuring high standards of patient care.

- Maintain compliance with facility regulations and quality initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Experience in both medical and surgical care strongly preferred
- Demonstrated skill in supervising or directing other healthcare staff
- Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities
