This travel assignment offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to an acute care unitwith a balanced mix of both medical and surgical cases. You will expand your clinical experience through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, lead and mentor members of the nursing staff, and make independent decisions using critical thinking and professional discretion. During your downtime, explore local hiking trails, stunning coastal beaches, and the vibrant arts scene of Californias northern coast.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least one year of recent acute care or Med-Surg experience
- Strong assessment, documentation, and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- BLS certification (additional advanced certifications preferred)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a variety of patients in an acute setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on patient needs
- Supervise and provide direction to nursing staff
- Coordinate care with other disciplines using independent judgment
