Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment with flexible shifts

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated proficiency in Labor & Delivery nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NRP certification highly preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
• Prior experience in high-volume or diverse LD settings is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the childbirth process, providing compassionate patient-centered care
• Monitor maternal and fetal health, responding promptly to changes
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, pediatricians, and interdisciplinary staff
• Educate patients and families about care before, during, and after delivery
• Accurately document care activities and maintain compliance with clinical protocols
