A rewarding nursing opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with experience in Interventional Radiology. This contract position is based in Westwood, NJ, offering a day shift schedule of four 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM). Ideal candidates will have at least one year of clinical experience, preferably in a cardiovascular setting, and are ready to provide high-quality patient care using the Epic charting system.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Graduate of an NLN or AACN accredited nursing program
- NJ Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum one year clinical nursing experience; cardiovascular experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Epic electronic health record system
- Travel experience is not required
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of Westwood, NJ, are not eligible for this position
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support cardiovascular patient needs
- Utilize Epic for accurate, timely documentation and charting
- Adhere to clinical protocols and hospital policies
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes promptly with appropriate interventions
Schedule:
- 4 days a week, 8-hour shifts
- Day shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
