A healthcare facility in West Chester, PA, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) for a contract position. This role requires a dedicated nursing professional to provide high-quality patient care within the IR department.
Schedule/Hours:
- 5 days per week, Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology nursing
- PA Registered Nurse License preferred
- Proven ability to deliver compassionate and efficient care in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Interventional Radiology team with patient preparation, procedure support, and post-procedure care
- Monitor patient status and vital signs during procedures
- Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards within the IR suite
