Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and healthcare staff to provide comprehensive patient care
- Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation
- Prepare and manage specialized equipment used in IR
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures, aftercare, and recovery
Qualifications
- Active RN license with eligibility in New York
- At least one year of recent RN experience in Interventional Radiology or a comparable critical care setting
- BLS and ACLS certification; additional certifications a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
