Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; shift specifics provided during interview process
Your Expertise:
- Active RN license, in good standing
- At least one year of recent nursing experience in Interventional Radiology (IR)
- Proficiency with IR imaging equipment and patient monitoring
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
- Monitor vital signs and respond to any changes throughout procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on procedures and post-procedure care
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards
