Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license, in good standing
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in Interventional Radiology nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong IV skills and comfort with moderate sedation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient response, assess needs, and document care throughout procedures
- Educate patients and families regarding pre-procedure and post-procedure care
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and documentation
