Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position with variable shifts based on departmental needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS RN License
- Minimum of 1 year recent interventional radiology nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficient in telemetry
- Strong communication skills; proven ability to excel in a dynamic, team-focused environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide pre, intra, and post-procedure care including PACU and extended 23-hour recovery
- Prepare patients for image-guided procedures such as biopsies, drain placements, embolizations, and angiography
- Actively participate in the critical embolization trauma response team
- Implement infection prevention protocols, including wearing hospital-issued, laundered scrubs
