This position offers a prime chance to broaden your expertise in interventional radiology nursing, using state-of-the-art equipment such as fluoroscopy suites, advanced imaging modalities, and a widely used EMR. You'll join a cohesive team of experienced RNs and allied healthcare professionals, developing your skills in both routine and complex interventional procedures. Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
- One weekday of call per week and every third weekend (rotating)
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of current acute care hospital RN experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and positive attitude
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in medical imaging or interventional radiology
- Previous travel assignments to large trauma facilities
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support image-guided and invasive procedures in IR, CT, and ultrasound settings
- Monitor patients during MRI with anesthesia and pacemaker observation
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care alongside a skilled team
