Schedule/Hours:
- Choose from 4x10-hour shifts or 3x12-hour shifts
- Includes call as part of rotation (details to be provided during interview)
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license, Massachusetts eligibility required
- Minimum 2 years of recent infusion experience strongly preferred
- BLS certification
- Strong IV insertion and medication administration skills
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and team collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality infusion therapy to diverse patient populations
- Monitor patients for reactions, assess effectiveness, and adjust care as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatments
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in multidisciplinary care planning
- Respond to urgent infusion needs during scheduled call periods
