Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week contract
• 36 guaranteed hours per week (except during holidays or orientation)
• 12-hour night shifts (7p7a)
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Qualifications:

• Current IL state RN license
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (required on submission)
• Minimum of 2 years ICU/Critical Care experience
• Proven skills in EPIC charting
• Ability to adapt, manage change, and collaborate with a diverse team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert care in a 7-bed ICU with a 2:1 patient ratio
• Float as needed to Med-Surg or, rarely, the ER (with provided orientation if required)
• Act as a resource for staff when covering as House Supervisor (orientation preferred, not required)
• Participate in patient assessments, care planning, and implementation
• Support safe, effective clinical practice and high-quality patient outcomes
