Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven ability to coordinate and supervise nursing staff
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, utilizing the nursing process and standards of care
- Supervise and guide activities of assigned nursing staff of varying levels
