Schedule:
- Every other weekend
- No on-call duties
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, valid in Kansas (or compact state eligibility)
- 1+ years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with EHR platformsprior Cerner OneChart experience is a plus
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Must wear ceil blue scrubs for all shifts
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients using best practices
- Collaborate with a talented medical team to create and implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and respond promptly to emergencies
- Accurately document all patient interactions and care provided in Cerner OneChart
- Communicate with families and support patients needs during critical situations
