Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, coordinated nursing care to ICU patients using established nursing processes.
• Supervise and direct activities of assigned staff, delegating appropriately for optimal care delivery.
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, compassionate environments.
• Collect and analyze relevant patient data, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide vital health education to patients, families, and fellow staff.
• Participate in discharge planning for seamless continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with all required vaccinations and organizational safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with ICU experience.
