As a travel ICU RN on night shifts (6:30p-6:30a, 13 weeks), youll immerse yourself in advanced patient care, gain exposure to various workplace routines, and frequently collaborate with teams in the ER and Med/Surg departments. This role is ideal for nurses eager to enhance their clinical expertise, adapt to diverse leadership styles, and strengthen their resumes with high-acuity experience.
Schedule & Hours:
- Nights, 6:30p6:30a
- 13-week assignment
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Current RN license with at least 2 years of ICU experience
- Experience with ER and Medical-Surgical units required
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- TNCC certification preferred
- Proficient with ventilators, titratable drips, medication mixing, and patient hygiene support
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive ICU care to a varied patient population
- Float as needed to the ER and Med/Surg floors, adapting quickly to different teams and care protocols
- Respond effectively to changing patient conditions, including emergency interventions
- Maintain meticulous documentation and collaboration across departments
