Working night shifts in a leading healthcare setting, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, adapting to diverse approaches to patient care and leadership. Schedule/Hours:
- Nights, 6:30p6:30a
- 13-week assignment
- Floating between ICU, ER, and Med-Surg as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- ER and Medical-Surgical experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- TNCC certification preferred
- Proven ability with ventilator management, titratable drips, medication mixing, and patient hygiene
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier care to patients in ICU with potential to float to ER and Med-Surg departments
- Manage critical situations, perform advanced monitoring, and administer titratable drips and invasive therapies
- Ensure accurate medication preparation and delivery
- Maintain high standards of patient hygiene and safety
