Schedule/Hours:
- Night Shifts: 6:30p 6:30a
- 13-week assignment
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with at least 2 years recent ICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience working in both Emergency Room and Med/Surg units required
- Strong skills in ventilator management, titratable drips, medication mixing, and patient hygiene preferred
- TNCC certification is advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, thorough care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced setting
- Float as needed between ICU, ER, and Med/Surg units to support patient care demands
- Utilize advanced clinical judgment for ventilator and drip management
- Document patient progress and collaborate on interdisciplinary care plans
