Key Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license (valid in Texas or compact state eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certification (required)
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Adaptability in rapidly changing clinical situations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Perform comprehensive assessments, create care plans, and execute interventions
• Monitor patients' responses to treatments and promptly report changes
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards
