Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract assignment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Georgia
• Previous experience in an ICU or critical care environment
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices, including monitoring, assessment, and intervention for complex patient needs
• Ability to work collaboratively with both licensed and unlicensed staff
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive and individualized care to critically ill patients and their families
• Actively participate in coordination and implementation of safe patient care as directed by clinical leadership
• Adhere to professional nursing standards, the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, and the American Nurses Association Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics
• Support and contribute to the goals of service excellence and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
• Engage in shared governance models and evidence-based practice to ensure highest levels of safety and care delivery
• Advocate for patients, ensuring their voices are heard and their care preferences respected
