Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New York (or compact eligibility)
• At least 2 years recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert, compassionate care to critically ill patients within the ICU
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patients care plans
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
• Provide clear patient and family education on treatment and care processes
• Accurately document care following facility guidelines and state/federal requirements
