This travel nursing opportunity places you at the forefront of specialized care within a recognized pediatric cardiac care setting. You'll collaborate with a team renowned for delivering cutting-edge cardiac diagnosis, medical and surgical intervention, and long-term follow-up care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with congenital and acquired cardiac conditions. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract position (specific scheduling provided during interview process)
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience
- Current NY state RN license (required)
- Extensive pediatric cardiac care experience
- Telemetry proficiency
- Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS (American Heart Association only), NIHSS
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized nursing care to complex pediatric cardiac patients across age groups
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions utilizing advanced cardiac and telemetry equipment
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary medical team to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Support families and caregivers through education and communication throughout the care continuum
