Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts
- Travel rolerequires your primary residence to be 80+ miles from the assignment site
Key Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- At least one year of recent ICU nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficient critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Strong ability to adapt to new team dynamics and protocols
- Flexibility and resilience to thrive in demanding ICU environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Continuously monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Administer medications and interventions as per physician orders
- Support patients families with education and regular updates
- Uphold evidence-based practices and facility protocols to ensure patient safety
