- Must reside at least 80 miles away from the hospital location
Desired Qualifications:
- Unencumbered RN license
- Recent ICU experience, preferably in high-acuity settings
- Advanced critical care skills (ventilator management, rapid response)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
