This 13-week travel assignment provides a rewarding chance to broaden your skill set by working alongside expert healthcare providers and experienced leaders. Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour overnight shifts (NOCs)
- Rotating every other weekend and holiday
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Start Date: 6/2 (orientation required)
Qualifications:
- Valid WI RN License
- Minimum of 3 years ICU nursing experience
- Prior travel assignment completed
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (certifications must be current)
- Epic charting experience within the last 12 months
- Covid-19 vaccine (unless exempt)
- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills; resilient, social, and able to manage change
- Willingness to float to nearby affiliated facilities as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a 10-bed ICU
- Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians, patients, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain adaptability by floating to different units or facilities in response to census demands (within clinical scope)
