This opportunity is tailored for experienced registered nurses skilled in ICU care, looking to work in an acuity adaptable unit. The position involves providing high-quality nursing care with potential assignments on an every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday schedule.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- ICU experience required
- Proficiency in continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
- Experience with balloon pump and Swan-Ganz catheter preferred
- Competency in sheath pulls essential
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
- Flexibility to float onsite within skill set or to locations within a 40-mile radius
