Schedule:
- 3 x 12-hour day shifts
- Urgent start needed; must be ready to begin within 23 weeks of offer
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license for DC (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU
- NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications (all required)
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- BSN highly preferred
- Must reside at least 50 miles away
- Experience with advanced ICU technology (ventilators, cardiac monitors, ECMO/tandem heart, CRRT, etc.) is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive critical care to a wide range of high-acuity patients
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced ICU technology and equipment
- Fulfill patient, family, and community needs in line with regulatory standards
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Complete thorough and accurate documentation
