Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience
• Advanced knowledge of critical care procedures and equipment
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Adaptability to quickly changing clinical situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill individuals, monitoring vital signs and responding swiftly to emergent changes
• Administer medications and manage advanced life support equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Perform frequent assessments and maintain accurate, detailed patient records
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Uphold strict safety and infection control protocols within the intensive care unit

$2,580 - $2,720/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
