In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic ICU environment, while also floating to Med/Surg and Telemetry as needed. This setting is ideal for experienced ICU nurses ready to work alongside forward-thinking healthcare professionals and strengthen their resumes with sought-after travel experience.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 16-week assignment
  • Rotating shifts
  • 36 hours per week

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN highly preferred
  • Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license (required to apply)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent, full-time staff ICU RN experience prior to travel assignments
  • Valid certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS; specialty certification (CCRN) and CPI or equivalent preferred
  • All credentials must be valid at application and through the assignment
  • Must pass facility EKG exam with at least 80% upon orientation
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong adaptabilitywillingness to float to other units as needed
  • Compliance must be achieved at least 10 days before the contract start

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Float to Med/Surg and Telemetry, adapting to patient acuity and staffing needs
  • Engage with interdisciplinary teams, contributing to a collaborative care environment
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and uphold best practices in patient safety
