You will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit by leveraging critical thinking, strong clinical judgment, and effective leadership. Schedule:
- 6:45am 7:15pm shifts
Key Qualifications:
- Active Oklahoma RN license (must be provided upon submission)
- Valid ACLS and BLS certification (American Heart Association, must be attached upon submission)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience in a hospital setting
- Experience with paper charting
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the Nursing Process consistent with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital guidelines
- Anticipate and plan for the safe delivery of care for ICU patients
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
- Delegate and supervise patient care based on the skills and experience of assigned personnel
- Uphold strict clinical documentation standards with paper charting
