As an ICU RN in this dynamic environment, you'll deliver coordinated care for patients with acute needs, following established standards and the nursing process. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract position with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of recent ICU experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Demonstrated ability to direct and coordinate care with varied nursing staff
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients based on individualized care plans
- Supervise and mentor supporting nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care across multiple disciplines
