Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and rapid response skills

- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert, direct care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient stability, interpret vital data, and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients families about care processes and transitions
- Adhere strictly to infection prevention and facility protocols
- Accurately document assessments and interventions using EMR systems
