Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Experience in an acute care facility preferred
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
  • Skilled in collaborating across interdisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collect and assess relevant health data to determine patient diagnosis and care needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust interventions promptly
  • Engage patients, families, and healthcare colleagues to ensure safe, compassionate, and thorough care
  • Provide health education to patients, families, and fellow staff members
  • Actively participate in discharge planning for continuity of care
  • Appropriately delegate tasks and coordinate the activities of healthcare team members
  • Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and vaccination requirements
