A critical care nursing opportunity is available in Van Nuys, CA, for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze detailed patient health data to inform diagnosis and individualized care plans.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare team members to enhance understanding and recovery.
• Participate actively in discharge planning to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Delegate and coordinate nursing duties among healthcare team members efficiently.
• Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned to support overall patient care goals.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the applicable state, required.
• Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS), mandatory.
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in an acute care setting, highly preferred.
