Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid RN license
- ICU nursing experience required
- Proficiency in monitoring and caring for medical, surgical, and cardiac patients with life-threatening conditions
- Strong ability to use critical thinking and independent judgment
- Experience supervising assigned nursing staff and directing workflow
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
