Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; flexible scheduling based on facility needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients within a fast-paced ICU
- Monitor patient status and rapidly respond to changes, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams
- Administer and titrate IV medications, manage ventilators, and operate advanced ICU monitoring equipment
- Offer clear, compassionate communication and education to patients and families
- Participate in ongoing unit initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability in complex situations
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
