Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible for practice in Oregon
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an ICU setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain composed and function effectively in high-acuity situations
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill individuals, closely monitoring status and responding to changes
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced nursing interventions
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans
• Educate and support patients and their families, explaining treatments and offering emotional support
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly
• Assist during emergencies, including rapid response and code situations
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety guidelines at all times
