Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible for practice in Oregon
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an ICU setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to remain composed and function effectively in high-acuity situations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill individuals, closely monitoring status and responding to changes
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced nursing interventions
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans
- Educate and support patients and their families, explaining treatments and offering emotional support
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly
- Assist during emergencies, including rapid response and code situations
- Adhere to clinical protocols and safety guidelines at all times
