What Youll Be Doing:
- Deliver coordinated, high-acuity nursing care for ICU patients or an assigned group according to established care standards
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Supervise and guide nursing staff at various levels, fostering teamwork and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Exercise independent judgment and effective critical thinking in challenging situations
- Document assessments, diagnostics, and interventions with precision
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Current, active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience (travel experience a plus)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating care across nursing levels and medical disciplines
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
