Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Active RN licensure with ICU experience
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
- Competency in supervising and guiding nursing personnel
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to upholding patient safety and care standards
- Vaccination compliance per role requirements; medical/religious exemptions reviewed as appropriate
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, evidence-based care to assigned ICU patients or groups
- Supervise nursing staff and delegate duties efficiently
- Analyze patient assessments to support diagnosis and care planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, promoting optimal outcomes
- Educate patients, their families, and team members with compassion and clarity
- Foster collaborative care within a safe, compassionate environment
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Flexibly adapt to various units as part of the Float Pool team
