Schedule:
- Travel position; flexible scheduling depending on assignment needs
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- ICU nursing experience required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Proof of required immunizations and ability to comply with annual requirements (medical/religious exemptions may be applicable)
- Commitment to patient safety and wellbeing
Responsibilities:
- Provide ICU-level nursing care in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
- Collect and analyze patient assessment data to inform care planning
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans; adapt as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, patients, and families to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients, families, and staff as needed
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care
- Delegate and supervise responsibilities appropriately, coordinating care delivery
- Complete other duties as assigned
