Provide expert nursing care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit environment, delivering coordinated care to critically ill patients in accordance with established nursing standards and processes. This role involves supervising and directing nursing staff members, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and applying critical thinking and independent judgment to ensure the highest quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients within the ICU.
