Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide various levels of assigned nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care
• Collaborate and coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Exercise sound professional judgment and discretion in a demanding, critical care setting
• Monitor patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation adhering to clinical and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Recent experience in an ICU or other high-acuity setting
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
