Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent experience in ICU or critical care
• Proficiency in implementing the nursing process and established standards of care
• Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and direct assigned nursing staff
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with interdisciplinary teams
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position; specific shift details to be provided during the interview process

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated and comprehensive nursing care to ICU patientsfocusing on those experiencing shock, trauma, or other life-threatening conditions
• Continuously monitor, assess, and document patient status using advanced critical care skills
• Oversee and guide nursing staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and delivering safe, effective care
• Collaborate closely with physicians and allied healthcare professionals to devise and implement patient-centered care plans
• Apply sound judgment and utilize professional discretion to address rapidly changing patient needs
